Consent to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information
By applying for a position at Jazz, you are giving consent to our human resources department to access and use the following:
  • Personal information contained in your submitted resume and/or job application form;
  • Personal information contained in psychometric and aptitude tests that may be completed as part of the recruitment process;
  • Personal information contained in any criminal background checks, medical examinations, language tests, and any other assessments or tests that may be completed as part of the recruitment process; and
  • Consent for the Jazz recruitment department to contact the references you have identified in your submitted resume and/or job application form, to assess your experience and suitability for the applied position.
In addition, personal information contained in pre-employment assessments, may be collected on our behalf by our third party service provider who may host such functions and may store such information on servers located in a host country outside of Canada, and such courts and government authorities in the host country may, in certain circumstances, be entitled to access such personal information.  In submitting your information, you consent to same, and to the use of such information by Jazz in its pre-employment assessment, and also to its continued use in the course of your employment, should you be successful in gaining employment with Jazz. To view Jazz's Privacy Policy, please click here.
